Challenge

  • Refugees returned to unemployment benefits, frustrating employers and wasting government resources.

  • Employers resistant to paying higher placement fees (€2K per hire).

  • Training limited to 1–2 candidates at a time, limiting impact.

The Strategy

1. Diagnosis & Skill Transfer

  • Identified cultural, communication, and mindset gaps.
  • Co-created a cultural intelligence curriculum and trained internal staff to deliver it.

2. Employer Transformation

  • Introduced inclusive leadership programs for hiring managers.
  • Shifted to group training models (20–30 candidates per cohort) in IT, management, and healthcare.

3. Value-Based Sales Approach

  • Partnered with insurers to calculate the real cost of low diversity.

4. Digital & Regional Expansion
